Technical Functional Analyst position


Reeturn designs and develops digital services and is looking for a Functional Technical Consultant for the Vittoria (Sicily) and Bologna (Northern Italy) offices. She/He can work flexibly remotely after the on-site training period.


The ideal candidate has the following technical requirements and skills:
  • Experience with Java (1.8+)
  • Knowledge of HTTP and HTTPS protocol, REST and SOAP architecture, JMS and JPA technologies
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL language, ORM
  • Skills in versioning tools such as GIT or similar and dependency mana-gement tools such as Maven
  • Experience in ticket management

Activities

You will be involved in projects that support customers in the challenges of Digital Transformation relating to the Finance sector in the Banking, Insurance, Financial Risk Management context and you will take care of the following activities:

  • initial investigation of technical problems to identify root cause and then appropriate solutions
  • problem classification through detailed analysis using tools provided to software technical support
  • first and second level troubleshooting for the Application Maintenance service in the financial field
  • maintain ownership of the Incidents and ensure that they are managed with the right level of urgency and in compliance with the SLA

Preferred skills
  • Minimum level academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Familiarity with terminals and command line in UNIX-like environments.
  • Knowledge and experience with Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • 6 months of experience in a similar role.
