Technical Leader position
To consolidate and optimize the development of services on banking/insurance projects, we are looking for a Technical Leader for our office in Vittoria (RG), Bologna or remote working.
Technical requirements and skills:
- You have gained significant experience in structured realities, preferably leading consulting firms, with an active involvement in full stack development, in the verification of anomalies, writing of technical analysis, documentation and coordination of resources.
- Good knowledge of English, writing and speaking: B2 level at least.
- At least 3 years of experience managing development teams.
Activities
- You will be a crucial function to appropriately guide the developer team, leveraging your previous knowledge.
- The objective will be to incorporate and interpret the Business Requirements during the meetings with the Stakeholders, to carry out estimates and planning of activities, to respect the delivery deadlines and to provide a final output in compliance with high-level standards.
Technical skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE, JPA, Hibernate development.
- Knowledge of security principles in software development.
- Nice to have familiarity with React, SpringBoot, Docker.
